Hair Today, Gone...in 3 Weeks

Who's crazy idea was this??? Oh yeah, mine.

My little cousin Elizabeth grew her hair out, cut it, and donated it to Locks of Love. I was inspired. I thought, why not? I can do this. I've had my hair long before... in college. Why pay for a hair cut when there are many a bar in Fredonia worthy of my parents' hard earned money?

Two years ago it was pretty short (and a different color, but I digress). Just touching my shoulders. And now... well, I was asked just yesterday if it was real. Um, no, I'm in to extensions, just like Jessica Simpson. Especially here at work.

Just a few minutes ago, it hit me. Three weeks from today... three weeks almost to the minute when I realized... 10 inches of these glorious locks are leaving me and going to a better place. I'd love to see pictures of my hair in action, but I don't think that's possible.
