Irish Awareness Month

MARCH IS HERE!!! HOORAY!!!!

I love March. Winter is just about over. The weekends are packed with big events. I'll be seeing so many friends this month... and the drinking... WOW! Good times.

This weekend:
Our 8th Annual Old Town St. Patrick's Bar Crawl. What started out as maybe 6 to 10 of us has grown to over 30. The NYers come down, and even their numbers have grown.

Next weekend:
Shamrock Fest, or as mistyped in a recent promo email... Shamrcock Fest. It'll be a little bit of a pain this year, but fun none the less. See, Arlington got sick of the drunks in the street, so we've been pushed to the grounds at RFK.

Actual St. Patrick's Day weekend:
OPENING WEEKEND at the Starboard. What a way to get a taste of the summer. And I can get my VIP card for the summer of 007.

I'm giddy with anticipation. And it means even more to me this March. My job is trying to kill me. These events are my only defense.
