St. Pats 06, Part 1

I'd venture to say that the 7th Annual Old Town St. Patrick's Day bar crawl was the best yet. There was a great turn out. Mad Libs. The Geisha (more on this to come). A good mix of people, friends of friends of friends. And no drama. Fan-freackin'-tastic.

Mad Libs. I love them. And for some reason, I seem to feel the need to play in every situation. Work, bowling, and on bar crawls. Here's one we did:

Deep-Sea Fishing
Deep soco fishing can be expensive. You may have to charter a beer with a captain and a frosty mate to sail the man. Warning! The sea can be very smelly, and you could become armpit sick.

The Geisha. There is a story behind the name, but basically the Geisha is a quote log. Overheard at the bar crawl...

"If you don't have a home of your own, wreck one." SKy
"I will break you." DR
"You're like a witch with her cauldron." DR
"Yeah, stirring them up." SKy
"It's hot! Well your heat seater is on 5!" SKy, KR
"Oh, my burp tasted like soco and lime." Anonymous
"Oh, I just did another shot!" KR
"LIQUID COURAGE!" KR & JA
"He's tapping the Rockies." DR
"Who's Rocky?" KR
"He's the one that's uglier than homemade soap." KR
"I need a mint and a condom." SKi
"Good combination." KR
"Lucky Charms. Magically delicious." KR
"Jaime, Mich Ultra, soco and lime, and I prefer it in the front." JA

For more on this, check out Kathie's and Jaime's blogs. They should be posting, too.
